All purchases are final at the time of shipment. EuRo.PLaSTiKs is not responsible for any typographical errors in description or price of products.
Pricing
All prices are USD and are subject to change without notice. A 6% Sales Tax is charged to all customers residing in the state of Pennsylvania. All orders placed by customers residing within the state of Pennsylvania, whether products are being delivered within the state of Pennsylvania or not, are subject to the Pennsylvania Sales Tax of 6%.
Legality
Many products we offer are for off-road use only. Any use of these products on public roads is strongly prohibited. EuRo.PLaSTiKs is not responsible for any traffic violations or other offenses resulting in the use of the products we offer. Please drive responsibly and obey all local, state, and federal traffic laws accordingly. Furthermore, EuRo.PLaSTiKs is not responsible for any loss or damages occurring from the installation of parts that we sell. All installation work should be performed by a trained technician. When placing a order over the phone you automatically hereby accept these terms and conditons. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice at any time.
Shipping
EuRo.PLaSTiKs is not responsible for merchandise which is lost or damaged during shipping. In the event that such an issue arises while in the shipping process, you must deal directly with the carrier. Most orders will be shipped via DHL Ground or FEDex Home Delivery. Faster shipping methods can be arranged, in most cases, if you make a request prior to your purchase. Additional charges may apply. All orders are processed within one to two business days of placement of the order. Your order usually is shipped out within one to four business days of the time the order has been processed however it can take up to twenty business days. Please refer to the Order Status Key above for more information regarding order cancellation. EuRo.PLaSTiKs reserves the right, at our discretion without notice, to solely ship to a first time customers billing address. If you are a first time customer and require your order to be shipped to a separate shipping address, please contact us and we will discuss the situation with you. In the event that you are making a purchase outside the United States , we ask that you first contact us before making all purchases so that we can get you a correct shipping quote.
Returns
All returns MUST be approved by us before any refund will be issued. There is a 25% cancellation fee on all order cancellations that have reached Step 3 and returns after your product has shipped. No returns are accepted after 30 days of receipt of product. Only new, undamaged products will be accepted for a refund at our discretion. Any part or accessory that has been installed, used, damaged, or is not packed in its original packaging is not subject to return and refund. Prior to returning any product, you must obtain a return authorization number from us. Free Shipping is valid for the continental U.S. only, other countries and states will be discounted on a term to term basis.
Accuracy
We take pride in ensuring that the information found on our site is accurate. However, we gain this information directly from the companies/manufacturers, and are not responsible for any errors in description. In the event that there is a defect in a product resulting in improper fitment or operation, we will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve this issue, but we are not responsible for the orignal defected product. We attempt to expand on every product to the best of our ability. Sometimes pictures associated with an item do not represent the exact product being sold. If you notice any errors within our site, we apologize and will attempt to correct them immediately.
Warranty
Due to the nature of our company, EuRo.PLaSTiKs does not carry warranties for any products we carry. However, in the event of cases such as described above, returns may be made under these certain circumstances. The products we sell do carry the original manufacturers warranties, if applicable.
